Why dive in Camiguin
Camiguin is a small macro paradise: frogfish and seahorses are spotted regularly, alongside clownfish, turtles, angelfish, parrotfish, boxfish and cowfish. The island also offers beautiful corals and a still-unspoiled feel, far from the crowds of the Philippines' more popular spots.
Camiguin is nicknamed the island born of fire: with 7 volcanoes packed into just 238 km², it offers steep volcanic slopes, black sand and unique rock formations, a landscape you won't find anywhere else in the Philippines.
Yes: unlike better-known spots like Cebu, Bohol or Palawan, Camiguin remains a well-kept secret. Fewer tourists, untouched sites and an authentic atmosphere to enjoy the sea without the crowds.
